The format of the exam “ticket”, the number of errors allowed and the “penalty” are the questions in the theoretical part.:
The predecessors of the documents in question, complete with some additional internal regulations, dictated a fairly clear form of developing an examination “ticket” - it had to contain at least a certain number of questions on the original topics.
The current versions of the regulations and rules do not provide for a clear algorithm for generating a “ticket”. The consequence of this is the confusion and chaos in which the certification for the right to operate a small vessel in the navigation areas of the VP/Among the exam questions for the declared types of vessels and navigation areas, we can get questions about a jet ski, sail, MP (MT), or worse, a specially designed vessel or a hovercraft.
