The format of the exam “ticket”, the number of acceptable errors and “penalty”-questions in the theoretical part:
The predecessors of the documents under consideration, complete with some additional internal orders, dictated a fairly clear form of developing an examination “ticket” - it had to contain at least a certain number of questions on the original topics.
The current versions of the regulations and rules do not provide for a clear algorithm for the formation of a “ticket”. The consequence of which is the confusion and chaos in which, during certification for the right to operate a small vessel in the navigation areas of the VP/GDP we can get among the examination questions for the declared types of vessels and navigation areas questions concerning a jet ski, sail, MP (MT) or even worse, a special design vessel or hovercraft.
